— Gauges & Fixtures

Built for the tolerance band. Not the closest standard.

Every gauge and fixture Kinjal delivers is designed from your component geometry and specified tolerance outward. No adaptation. No platform compromise. No ambiguity at the moment that counts.

+ What the build includes

Geometry-first design. Zero-tolerance delivery.

Every gauge is designed from the component's actual geometry and specified tolerance band. We do not adapt a standard gauge body—we machine the instrument to the measurement task.

Calibration traceability is part of the deliverable—not an optional add-on. Each instrument ships with a calibration certificate traceable to national standards.

Material certification is documented for every build. Gauge bodies, locating pins, and clamping elements are specified for the wear life and environmental conditions of your production line.

Have a component that needs a gauge built to spec?

Send us the drawing and tolerance requirement. We will confirm whether the gauge can be built and what the build deliverable includes—before any commitment on your side.
